2-3 years of Experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in Italian a plus)
Proficient in Computer Literacy
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Professional, outgoing, enthusiastic personality
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and independently
The core function of this position is interfacing between internal/external customers (Manufacturing Sales Reps, Distributors, Certified Partners) and the internal sales and technical support team
This position is fast-paced and will require self-motivation and organized multi-tasking
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Keep records of customer interactions by utilizing Salesforce CRM, process customer accounts, and file documents
Receive inbound calls and create cases in Salesforce CRM before passing the case to our dedicated team
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Being the “Go-to” person for inside sales support, always available and dependable
Creating Sales Quotes in Salesforce CRM for customers
Pursue/Drive quality leads for the organization
Daily updates to open opportunities in Salesforce CRM with follow-up to Distributors, Certified Partners, and Outside Sales Reps for follow-up on outstanding opportunities
Providing literature and documentation as needed for our extensive network of Outside Sales Reps
Working with Regional Sales Manager to coordinate meetings, reports, and incentive programs
$18-$20+ per hour based on experience.
Incentive-based quarterly bonus.
