VOLPI FOODS
Volpi Foods is a family-owned manufacturer and distributor of handcrafted, Italian cured meat products. In 1902, Giovanni Volpi, a native of Milan, opened Volpi Foods in the St. Louis neighborhood known as The Hill. There, he created cacciatore. Today, CEO of Volpi Foods, Lorenza Pasetti, continues her great-uncle’s craft using the same traditions and techniques he brought with him to the United States more than a century ago.

VILLA ANTONIO WINERY
Villa Antonio is a winery and eatery located in the beautiful rolling hills of south-eastern Missouri. The wines they produce are hand-crafted using Northern Italian traditions from varieties of grapes solely grown on their property in Hillsboro, Missouri. Villa Antonio was founded by the late Antonio Polesel, a native of Treviso, Italy. Antonio's wife, Fernanda Tarticchio Polesel, a native of Istria, has been the heart and soul of the kitchen at Villa Antonio since its founding. Current owners are Thomas and Adriana Polesel. Thomas, the son of Antonio Polesel, carries forward his family legacy adhering to the same age-old traditions of traditional wine-making.

While living in Italy, in the Tuscan town of Colle di Val d'Elsa, Dawn Wilson fell in love with Italian cuisine, culture, and lifestyle. After spending several months, learning the secrets of Tuscan cuisine, she traveled and tasted her way around Italy with stops in many regions including Emilia-Romagna, Umbria, Veneto, Piedmont, and Lazio. Today, she makes her own artisanal handmade pasta, sauces, and select Italian specialties from natural, local, and imported Italian ingredients at her boutique shop and eatery in Lafayette Square, St Louis.

RAINERI WINES
In 2005, three men born, and raised among the vineyards of the Langhe District in Piedmont, began Raineri as a small production of Dolcetto from the famous Dogliani area: Gianmatteo Raineri, Fabrizio Giraudo, and Luciano Racca. Their passion and respect for winemaking traditions pushed them to have a full line by 2006, including Barbera, Nebbiolo and Barolo all from vineyards in Monforte d’Alba. With the generous advice from wise producers, they were able to fulfill their dream of making classic wines of Piedmont. Luciano Racca has made St Louis his home and international export base for his wines.
