ANDREA BARRONE Italian Chef living in St Louis I'm Andrea, I'm from a little town near Milan, where I grew up with my family originally from the South of Italy. I moved to St. Louis together with my wife a couple of years ago. Here, I wanted to pursue and broaden my career as a Chef. Before the restaurants were shut down, I was working at Casa Don Alfonso at the Ritz-Carlton, in Clayton. During this unprecedented time, I decided to keep cooking as much as I can and share my passion for the food and my Italian culture through my authentic lasagna. Mi chiamo Andrea, vengo da un paesino vicino Milano, dove sono cresciuto con la mia famiglia di origini pugliesi e campane. Da un paio d'anni mi sono trasferito a St. Louis con mia moglie, dove ho proseguito ed ampliato la mia carriera come Chef. Prima che chiudessero i ristoranti, avevo iniziato a lavorare per Casa Don Alfoso, presso il Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Clayton. In questo periodo ho deciso comunque di non smettere di cucinare e con le mie lasagne cerco di trasmettere la mia passione per il cibo e la cultura italiana.
